General

SEO is a long-term strategy. Most clients begin to see measurable improvements in rankings and traffic within 3 to 6 months. However, the exact timeline depends on your starting point, the competitiveness of your industry, and the scope of optimization. Quick wins like fixing technical errors or optimizing existing pages can show results within weeks, while link building and content strategies take longer to compound.
Paid ads give you instant visibility but stop the moment you stop paying. SEO builds organic visibility that generates traffic over time without ongoing ad spend. While SEO requires upfront investment and patience, the return on investment is typically much higher in the long run because organic traffic is free once you've earned the rankings. Most successful businesses use both channels strategically.
No legitimate SEO agency can guarantee specific rankings because Google's algorithm considers hundreds of factors, many outside any agency's control. What we do guarantee is a professional, data-driven approach and full transparency about our methods and results. Our track record shows consistent, measurable improvements for our clients, and we offer a performance guarantee: if you don't see measurable progress within 6 months, we continue working for free.
Our SEO packages start at CHF 900/month for small businesses and go up to CHF 5,000+/month for enterprise-level campaigns. The right investment depends on your industry, competition, goals, and current website state. We always recommend starting with a free audit so we can give you an honest assessment of what's needed and a realistic budget recommendation.
On-page SEO refers to optimizations made directly on your website: title tags, meta descriptions, content quality, internal linking, page speed, and more. Off-page SEO refers to activities outside your website that influence rankings, primarily link building and digital PR. Both are essential for a well-rounded SEO strategy — on-page ensures your site deserves to rank, while off-page signals tell Google your site is authoritative and trustworthy.
Basic SEO hygiene — like writing good title tags, creating quality content, and ensuring your site loads fast — can absolutely be done in-house. However, competitive SEO requires specialized tools (which cost thousands per year), deep technical knowledge, ongoing algorithm monitoring, and significant time investment. Most businesses find that partnering with an agency is more cost-effective than building an in-house SEO team.
Yes. While many of our clients are based in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria (the DACH region), we work with businesses across Europe and globally. SEO principles are universal, and we have experience optimizing websites in English, German, French, and Italian. Our processes work equally well whether you're targeting local, national, or international markets.

Service-Specific

Technical SEO Audit

We use a combination of industry-leading tools including Screaming Frog SEO Spider, Google Search Console, Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, Ahrefs, and custom-built scripts. Each tool addresses different aspects of technical health, and together they provide a comprehensive picture of your site's technical foundation.
For websites up to 500 pages, the audit typically takes 5-7 business days. For larger sites (1,000+ pages) or complex platforms, it can take up to 2 weeks. This includes the crawl, manual review, report compilation, and preparation of the walkthrough presentation.
No. A technical SEO audit is purely diagnostic — we analyze your site without making any changes. Our crawl is configured to respect your server resources (controlled crawl rate) and won't impact your site's performance or uptime. We only implement changes after you've reviewed and approved our recommendations.
Not necessarily for the audit itself, but having read-only access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics is very helpful. For implementing the recommended fixes afterward, you'll either need your development team or we can work directly with your developers to prioritize and execute the changes.
We recommend a comprehensive technical audit at least once a year, or after any major website changes like a redesign, platform migration, or significant content restructure. Between full audits, our monthly reporting service monitors technical health indicators to catch emerging issues early.

On-Page Optimization

This depends on your package. Our Starter plan includes up to 10 pages per month, Growth covers up to 30 pages, and Enterprise offers unlimited optimization. For most businesses, we recommend starting with your highest-value pages (homepage, main service pages, top landing pages) and expanding from there.
We offer both options. Our standard on-page optimization includes detailed optimization briefs with specific instructions for each element. If you prefer, we can also handle the implementation directly in your CMS. Full content writing is available as an add-on or as part of our Content Strategy service.
When done correctly, on-page optimization improves rankings, not hurts them. That said, changes to title tags and content can cause temporary ranking fluctuations as Google re-evaluates the page. This is normal and typically resolves within 1-2 weeks with improved positions. We always take a conservative, data-driven approach to minimize any transition effects.
We use a combination of keyword research tools, search intent analysis, and competitor benchmarking. For each page, we identify a primary keyword, 2-3 secondary keywords, and related semantic terms. The selection is based on search volume, ranking difficulty, commercial intent, and how well the page can realistically serve the searcher's needs.
Yes. Our on-page optimization includes structured data markup, FAQ schema implementation, and content formatting specifically designed to capture featured snippets, People Also Ask boxes, and voice search results. These SERP features are increasingly important and often provide more visibility than standard organic results.

Content Strategy

Our Content Strategy service focuses on research, planning, and content briefs. We create detailed briefs that any competent writer can execute. If you need us to also write the content, we offer content production as an add-on with our network of specialized SEO copywriters who cover English and German fluently.
We track multiple metrics: organic traffic to each piece, keyword rankings for target terms, time on page, bounce rate, internal link clicks, and most importantly — conversions and leads generated. We review performance monthly and update content that isn't meeting its targets.
We plan strategies for all content types that drive organic traffic: blog posts, pillar pages, how-to guides, comparison articles, landing pages, FAQ sections, glossaries, and resource hubs. The specific mix depends on your industry, audience, and the search opportunities we identify during research.
We typically create a 3 to 6 month editorial calendar, updated monthly based on performance data and emerging opportunities. This gives you enough runway to plan resources while remaining agile enough to respond to market changes, trending topics, or new keyword opportunities.
Absolutely. We specialize in bilingual content strategies for the DACH market (German and English). For each language, we conduct separate keyword research because search behavior differs significantly between languages — a direct translation of keywords rarely captures the same search intent.

Local SEO

Extremely important. Your Google Business Profile is the single most influential factor for appearing in the local pack (the map results). An optimized profile with the right categories, complete information, regular posts, and a strong review profile can mean the difference between appearing in the top 3 local results and not showing up at all.
Yes. We manage local SEO for businesses with anywhere from 2 to 100+ locations. Each location gets its own optimized Google Business Profile, location-specific landing pages, and targeted local citations. We use scalable processes and tools to maintain consistency while still tailoring the strategy to each location's competitive landscape.
We help you develop a review management strategy that includes monitoring all review platforms, responding professionally to negative reviews, flagging clearly fake reviews for removal (in accordance with platform guidelines), and implementing a proactive review generation system to build a strong, authentic review profile over time.
Local citations are online mentions of your business name, address, and phone number (NAP) on directories, social platforms, and industry-specific sites. They matter because Google cross-references these citations to verify your business information. Consistent NAP data across the web builds trust signals, while inconsistencies can confuse Google and hurt your local rankings.
Local SEO often delivers faster results than traditional SEO because the competitive landscape is usually smaller. Many clients see improvements in local pack visibility within 4-8 weeks of profile optimization and citation building. Review strategy results compound over months as your review count and average rating grow.

Link Building

Yes. While Google's algorithm has evolved significantly, backlinks remain one of the top three ranking factors. The key difference is that quality matters far more than quantity. A single link from a highly relevant, authoritative website is worth more than dozens of links from low-quality sites. Our approach focuses exclusively on earning links that genuinely move the needle.
Absolutely not. We never engage in link schemes, PBN (Private Blog Network) links, paid links, link exchanges, or any tactic that violates Google's guidelines. Every link we build is earned through genuine outreach, valuable content, and real relationships. Our links are ones we'd be comfortable showing in a Google manual review.
We evaluate links across multiple dimensions: Domain Authority/Rating of the linking site, topical relevance to your niche, the amount of organic traffic the linking page receives, editorial context (is it naturally integrated into real content?), and the link's placement on the page. We also check for signs of link manipulation on the linking site to ensure it's not part of a link network.
Our standard link building packages deliver 8-12 high-quality, editorially placed backlinks per month. The exact number depends on your niche's difficulty and the authority targets we've agreed on. We prioritize quality over quantity — each link must meet our strict quality criteria before it's counted in your monthly delivery.
Yes. As part of our initial link profile audit, we identify potentially toxic or spammy backlinks that could be harming your site. We handle the cleanup process including outreach to webmasters for link removal and, if necessary, creating and submitting a Google disavow file. This is especially important for sites that have a history of low-quality link building.
Digital PR involves creating newsworthy content assets — data studies, surveys, interactive tools, expert commentary — and pitching them to journalists and online publications. Unlike traditional outreach where you're asking for a link, digital PR earns coverage because the content itself is genuinely interesting. It typically yields links from high-authority news sites and publications that are very difficult to get through standard outreach.

Monthly SEO Reporting

Our reports cover keyword rankings (with position changes), organic traffic (by page and overall), click-through rates from search results, conversion data attributed to organic search, backlink profile changes, Core Web Vitals performance, competitor ranking movements, and technical health indicators. We also include an executive summary with the most important takeaways and our strategic recommendations.
Yes. Every client gets access to a real-time dashboard that shows your key metrics updated daily. The monthly report adds context, analysis, and strategic interpretation that a dashboard alone can't provide, but you never have to wait for the monthly report to see how things are trending.
We integrate with all major analytics and SEO platforms including Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and most CRM systems. If you have custom tracking setups, we'll work with your team to ensure our reporting captures all the data points that matter to your business.
Google Analytics tells you what happened; our reports tell you what it means and what to do about it. We cross-reference data from multiple sources, identify patterns and root causes behind metric changes, benchmark your performance against competitors, and translate data into strategic recommendations. You get insight, not just information.
Absolutely. During the setup phase, we work with you to identify your KPIs and customize the report to focus on what matters most to your business. Whether you care most about rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or a specific combination — we build the report around your priorities.
