The Challenge
MedVita, a dermatology practice in Basel, needed more new patient inquiries but faced unique SEO challenges in the medical field. Google's YMYL (Your Money or Your Life) standards mean medical websites must demonstrate exceptional expertise, authoritativeness, and trustworthiness (E-E-A-T). Their existing website had generic content, no doctor bios with credentials, no structured data, and poor local visibility despite being in practice for 15 years.
Our Solution
We implemented a medical SEO strategy centered on E-E-A-T signals. Comprehensive doctor profile pages were created with credentials, publications, and specializations, marked up with Person and MedicalOrganization schema. Condition-specific content was developed in collaboration with the practice's doctors, covering treatments like acne therapy, skin cancer screening, and aesthetic dermatology.
